Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

With UNFPA funding, the humanitarian access organization in Al-Mahra Governorate delivered medicines, medical supplies, and cleaning materials to Saihoot General Hospital in Saihoot District.
This came within the framework of the ongoing support operations provided by the Reproductive Health Services Support Project; aimed at restoring access to reproductive health care services in Yemen as essential and one of the human rights.
The acting Secretary-General of the local council in the directorate, Mr. Abdallah Awadh, stressed the importance of this support in improving access to reproductive health services and saving lives.
He praised the efforts of humanitarian access and the support of the United Nations Population Fund; to meet the growing needs of the population for these life-saving services.
