Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

With funding from the United Nations Population Fund and King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), humanitarian access implemented a range of activities within the protection and livelihood support project “Safe Space for Women and Girls”, in Marib Governorate to enhance the status of Yemeni women and their access to rights and opportunities and services.
Moreover, the number of trainees in the training course in the field of sewing in the airport area reached 13 trainees, who were qualified in this income-generating profession to become able to join the labor market, earn a living, and achieve self-reliance.
In addition, the safe space in Al-Rawdha area and Al-Mail camps concluded vocational rehabilitation courses in sewing and confectionery, and 25 trainees benefited from the courses.
It is worth noting that 13 women in Al-Jufaina area and 25 beneficiaries in Marib Valley area benefited from the courses specialized in life, financial, and marketing skills in the fields of sewing and hairdressing to provide them with the basic skills to start their own projects and engage in the labor market.
