On Wednesday, United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) announced the arrival of a cargo plane at Aden International Airport carrying 2.7 million doses of life-saving vaccines to protect Yemeni children from diseases.

In a tweet, UNICEF said the vaccines will help protect 200,000 Yemeni children under the age of two from preventable diseases.
