  • Yemeni Embassy in Japan Honors Osama Marai for Qualifying to the Third Round of the Asia Road Racing Championship

The Yemeni Embassy in Japan honored Captain Osama Marai, the representative of the Republic of Yemen in the Asian Motorcycle Championship, which was held at the Motegi circuit in Japan.

Ambassador Adel al-Sanini praised the determination, persistence, and spirit of challenge that the Yemeni racer Osama Marai possesses. He expressed his great happiness and pride in what the Yemeni champion and the only Arab representative, Captain Marai, achieved in terms of accomplishments and advanced positions during the rounds of the championship.

He pointed out that Captain Osama’s qualification for the first, second, and recently the third round in Japan is a source of pride for Yemenis and Arabs. He reiterated the embassy’s support for this hero who has raised the name of Yemen high, wishing him victory and qualification in the next three rounds.

It is worth noting that Osama Marai, the only Yemeni professional motorcycle racer, has won and achieved many top positions in a number of championships.
