Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

Funded by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSRelief), a new shipment of wheat arrived in Aden Governorate to support humanitarian assistance in Yemen and meet food needs of the most needy groups in six Yemeni governorates.

According to a tweet by the World Food Program (WFP): “24,000 metric tons of bulk grain from KSRelief arrived at Aden port. This generous denotation will be a lifeline for vulnerable families in Yemen.”

The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) stated, “the wheat shipment, granted by KSRelief, comes within the project to support food security in Yemen, and it will be distributed to displaced and needy families in six governorates.”

It is noteworthy that last December, KSRelief signed a $20 million agreement with the WFP to enhance food security in Yemen by providing support to 524.8 most needy people.
