The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) has launched a project to establish Omar bin Al-Khattab Model School and Al-Wahda Model School in Taiz Governorate.
These projects are part of 52 educational initiatives in various Yemeni governorates.
SDRPY stated, “The construction of Omar bin Al-Khattab Model School in Al-Kashar area, and Al-Wahda Model School in Taiz, came in response to the urgent need for education in Yemen, providing a stimulating, ideal, and safe learning environment for students to ensure a secure and stable education for their children.”
It is worth mentioning that the SDRPY has distributed over half a million school books, established 31 model schools across Yemen, provided 12,978 pieces of school furniture, and educational transportation buses.
