Funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF), Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD) launched the project of distributing cash incentives to volunteer teachers in Salah District, Taiz Governorate.

200 teachers benefited from the project, including 22 male and 178 female teachers, as part of the project “Improving the Educational Environment in Schools Affected by Conflict in the Second Priority” project. The project aims to train teachers, provide financial incentives, and furnish many of the District’s schools with sanitary bags, blackboards, chairs, and solar energy systems.

YHF is a multi-donor regional fund. It supports the rapid humanitarian response to those in need of life-saving assistance.
