  • Supported by KSrelief, Prosthetics Center in Taiz Provides Medical Services to 391 Beneficiaries

Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

The Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Taiz, Yemen, supported by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), provided various medical services in February this year to 391 Yemeni beneficiaries who had lost their limbs.

 A total of 1,576 services were delivered to the beneficiaries, of whom 65% were males and 35% were females. Additionally, displaced individuals comprised 12% of the total beneficiaries, while residents accounted for 88%. The services offered included delivering, measuring, and rehabilitating prosthetic limbs, physical therapy, and specialized consultations.

This initiative is part of Saudi Arabia’s relief and humanitarian efforts, through KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
