Together with Yemen’s Ministry of Public Health and Population and health partners, the World Health Organization (WHO) is boosting support for vaccination programs.

WHO announced that it vaccinated 1,155,000 children against measles and 1,224,000 children against polio in 2023. Additionally, it provided community-based outreach vaccination services to 897,000 infants. WHO affirms its commitment to improving vaccination coverage rates among children through technical and financial assistance within the National Health Framework.
