  • Minister of Youth Discusses Implementation of Youth Empowerment Program in Entrepreneurship in Aden

Minister of Youth and Sports Nayef al-Bakry discussed with the President of Aden University, Dr. al-Khader Lasoor, the preparations for the “Youth Empowerment in Entrepreneurship” program that the university intends to implement during the period (14 – 18) of next July.

The Minister expressed the ministry’s readiness to support the Youth Empowerment in Entrepreneurship Program, which includes a number of important topics aimed at introducing the basics of youth empowerment, the trend towards entrepreneurship at the global level and the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as concepts and characteristics of small projects, innovation skills and other related topics.

In another context, the Ministry of Youth and Sports granted temporary recognition to the al-Sumoud Sports Club in al-Habilin Directorate, Lahj governorate, subject to evaluation over the next three years.

During the delivery of the license, Minister al-Bakry praised the efforts made by the club’s management during the past period and its keenness to complete all procedures related to temporary recognition, stressing the ministry’s interest in all youth clubs in Radfan and its keenness to open up broad horizons for them and providing opportunities for them to engage in sports.
