Aden, Yemen – The Small and Micro Enterprise Promotion Service (SMEPS) conducted a comprehensive training program for 48 participants involved in the agricultural sector. The training focused on enhancing managerial and financial capacities, covering key topics such as needs analysis, product and brand design, sales forecasting, and gap identification.

The initiative successfully empowered participants to improve their project management skills and gain a deeper understanding of their business models.

This training is part of the Emergency Social Protection Enhancement and COVID-19 Response Project (ESPECRP), implemented by SMEPS in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and funded by the World Bank.
