  • Qatar Red Crescent Distributes Shelter Materials in Hajjah

Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

The Yemeni Red Crescent Society and the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Hajjah Governorate distributed shelter materials in Washha district. Funded by the Qatar Red Crescent, the project targeted 700 families of the displaced and the poorest as a part of the “Warm Winter” project.

The Director of Disaster Management at the Yemeni Red Crescent Society, Abdulsalam Azman, explained that the distribution of the shelter materials was a part of the plans of the Yemeni Red Crescent Society and its partners in humanitarian work to alleviate the suffering of the displaced and the poorest families. He also appreciated the humanitarian efforts of the Qatar Red Crescent in Yemen.
