Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

Funded by the Women’s Fund for Peace and Humanitarian Action (WPHF), Awareness Foundation, in partnership with the Framework Foundation for Social Development and the United Nations Women’s Commission, held the special consultative meeting for the “Dialogue of Women, Girls and Displaced Women” platform in Mukalla City, Hadhramout.

The meeting was attended by members of the local authority, women and youth leaders, and a number of displaced women. In addition, the participants reviewed the most important difficulties facing the displaced women in the governorate.

The meeting came out with a number of recommendations that the project should implement. The meeting implements its activities on four non-governmental organizations in the governorates of Hadhramout, Aden, Ma’arib and Taiz, within the framework of the Human Peace Dialogue project. It aims to reach a clear vision of the interests and requirements of displaced women and girls, and including them in the plans of stakeholders and society.
