  • An Agreement to Perform 4,900 Open-Heart Surgeries in Mukalla

Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

As part of the activities of the 3rd Riyadh International Humanitarian Forum (RIHF), the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) and the Cardiac Disease and Surgery Charitable Foundation in Mukalla signed an agreement for the 2nd Saudi Pulse Voluntary Program for Heart Diseases and in Riyadh.

The program will perform 4,900 heart surgeries, including open-heart surgeries and diagnostic and therapeutic catheters, with the participation of doctors from outside Yemen and a team from Saudi Pulse for Heart Diseases and Surgeries.

This project comes within the humanitarian work provided by Saudi Arabia in Yemen to alleviate the suffering of patients from traveling abroad and performing heart operations inside the country without any costs and fees.

This project is as an extension of a number of projects implemented by KSrelief in health, education, relief, and other fields.
