Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

The Education Office has officially received the new building of the late Dr. Alawi Meballagh School, which caters to primary and secondary education for girls in the District of Ja’ar, Abyan Governorate.
The project received significant support from the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) and was executed by the Social Fund for Development (SFD) in collaboration with the contractor. The estimated cost of the project amounts to SAR 2,220,000.
Fuad Tahir, the General Director of the SFD, highlighted the school’s facilities, which encompass twelve classrooms, a computer hall, a chemistry laboratory, basketball and volleyball courts, four offices, a cafeteria, a guard room, a water tank, repairs to the fencing, and the replacement of the sewage network.
It is noteworthy that the project commenced in December of the previous year.
