  • Conclusion of Training Program for 100 Young Men and Women in Hadhramout, Supported by German Funding

Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

Funded by the German Corporation for International Cooperation GmbH (GIZ) on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), in partnership with Hadhramout Foundation – Human Development, the training program for youth capacity development has concluded. The program was implemented in the districts of Al-Mukalla and Seiyun in Hadhramout Governorate, targeting 100 young men and women in various technical tracks.
The program spanned approximately 12 months, divided into two phases. The first phase focused on employment skills and entrepreneurship, while the second phase focused on specialized technical tracks.
Mohammed Al-Awaini, a consultant from the Private Sector and Employment Promotion Project (PSEP) in Hadhramout, stated that the program aims to equip trainees with the necessary skills in employment, entrepreneurship, and technical fields. This preparation will enable them to effectively compete in the job market, armed with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to support their professional lives.
