Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

Mr. Hassan Al-Sharai, Deputy Director of Aden General Hospital and Cardiac Center funded by the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen, recently met with Awsam Abdulrahman, representative of the Association for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Physically Handicapped. The meeting centered around various issues relating to the disabled community.

During the meeting, the association representative put forth a request for the hospital to accommodate sick cases involving the handicapped. The request involved a special arrangement where the association would coordinate with the hospital to ensure the smooth transfer of these cases, while also providing all necessary facilities and overcoming any difficulties faced by the patients.

In response, the deputy director of the hospital expressed a warm welcome to the idea of providing comprehensive medical facilities to disabled individuals. He emphasized the importance of coordination between the association representative and Dr. Al-Sharai, stating, “We are fully prepared to serve our disabled brothers and sisters, as a gesture of appreciation from the hospital and a commitment to serving this segment of society.”
