In an effort to sustain the education of students and its importance in community building, Yemen General Union of Sociologists, Social Workers and Psychologists (YGUSSWP) has implemented a project of adding two classrooms to Yahya Ayyash School in the IDP sites of (Al-Burjain, As-Sooq Al-Qadeem, As-Smood) in Kushar District, Hajjah Governorate, funded by YHF.

This is part of the project: “Provision of a multi-cluster immediate lifesaving support CCCM, Protection, and Shelter for the most vulnerable IDPs and affected host community in Kushar district of Hajjah Gov Pillars 1,2, and 3” which is implemented by YGUSSWP in Hajjah governorate with funding from YHF. A total of 230 male & female students will benefit from this project.

Thanks to these educational facilities, students will be able to receive quality education in spacious and comfortable classrooms, enhancing the continuity of education. This achievement reflects the commitment of YHF and YGUSSWP to empowering communities through education and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn and reach their full potential.

The displaced have expressed their deep gratitude to YHF and YGUSSWP for their dedicated efforts in implementing this project, which contributes to providing students with quality education.
