Sana’a, Yemen – In a move aimed at developing educational infrastructure, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through its Strengthening Institutional and Economic Resilience in Yemen (SIERY) project, has supported the construction and equipping of new classrooms at the Um Almumeneen Khadijiah School for Girls in Bani Hushish, Sana’a.

The newly equipped classrooms will allow the school to accommodate a larger number of students and improve access to quality education in Yemen. This initiative aims to reduce dropout rates and boost educational outcomes, providing students with better opportunities for growth and learning.
