The Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center project in Seiyun district, Hadhramaut Governorate, provided diverse medical services to 217 Yemeni amputees during July 2024, with support from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief).

The project delivered 691 services, with males constituting 52% of the beneficiaries and females 48%. Displaced individuals accounted for 22% of the beneficiaries, while residents made up 78%. The services provided included prosthetic fitting and rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and specialized consultations.

This initiative is part of the ongoing humanitarian projects implemented by the Kingdom, represented by KSrelief, to enhance the Yemeni healthcare sector and alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.
