Amer al-Ameri, Deputy Governor of Hadhramout for the Valley and Desert Affairs, inaugurated the distribution of medical supplies to a number of health facilities in Wadi Hadramout on Thursday in the city of Seiyun, provided by Med Global and Direct Relief Organizations through the Nahd Development Foundation.
The Deputy Governor of the governorate praised the support and assistance of local and international civil society organizations to the health sector by providing medical supplies that contribute to improving the level of health services provided to citizens and alleviating the suffering of patients visiting specialized departments, in light of the current circumstances that the country is going through.

For his part, Khalid Al-Ameri, Acting Director General of the Health Office in Wadi Hadramout, appreciated the initiative of the Nahd Foundation and its active role in supporting the health sector.

Ibrahim bin Thabit, Executive Director of the Nahd Development Foundation and the project coordinator, explained that these supplies will be distributed to Tarim General Hospital, Qatan Hospital, in addition to eight other health centers in order to enable these targeted facilities to provide better health services to citizens.
