Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

The Kuwait Relief Society inaugurated a project to restore a secondary school in the Yemeni city of Taiz, as part of the “Kuwait by Your Side” campaign, which has been going on for seven years. The (Yemeni Wisdom Association) executing the project to construct and build ten classrooms, rehabilitate and furnish Na’amat Rassam Elementary Secondary School for Girls in Al Mudhaffar District, Taiz Governorate; Funded by the Kuwait Relief Society – State of Kuwait,  stated in a statement that it had handed over an agreement according to which the work was handed over to the contractor: Mansour Othman Aoun, to start work in the school.

The signing of the agreement includes the contractor’s construction and construction of ten additional classrooms with their annexes, according to the schedule of quantities and engineering specifications in accordance with the signed agreement. The project also includes rehabilitating laboratories and providing classrooms with chairs and office furniture, and other needs and repairs needed by the school.
