The first phase of a training program aimed at improving the efficiency of civil society organizations in sustainable development has been launched on Saturday in the Qatn District of Wadi Hadramout. The program is being implemented by the Al-Badia Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Works and the Owais Al-Qarni Endowment, under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor.

The program will last for three days and targets 33 participants representing civil society organizations. It aims to equip participants with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in governance management concepts, with a focus on the principles of transparency, integrity, and quality standards.

The significance of this program lies in enhancing the institutional work of civil society organizations, which play a vital role in various development sectors and support local authorities.

Additionally, the program focuses on developing governmental and non-governmental institutions by providing participants with governance concepts, which are considered a community requirement for achieving integrity and transparency.
