“Hands of Hope” initiative and “Hayat” initiative have launched a project to restore Rawdah Al-Abdali Palace at Nasser College of Agricultural Sciences in Al-Houta, Lahj Governorate. The project is called “Athar for the Revival of Al-Hajji Heritage”, supervised by AMIDEAST and funded by the “Yemen Affairs Unit” at the US State Department.
The first phase of the project, lasting four months, will focus on the external restoration of Al-Rawdah Palace. The fountain will also be renovated during this phase, and a miniature museum will be established in one of the palace rooms.  Additionally, a training workshop will be held to raise awareness of the importance of preserving the region’s heritage as a reflection of its historical depth and a civilized, aesthetic facade.
