King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has continued its humanitarian efforts in Yemen, launching the distribution of 3,104 cartons of dates in Wadi Al-Ain and Hawra districts of Hadhramaut Governorate, in addition to distributing 723 food baskets in the governorates of Marib and Taiz.

The distribution of dates in Hadhramaut benefited the most vulnerable groups, orphans, and people with special needs, while the food baskets targeted 5,061 individuals from families affected by floods and rains in the districts of Marib and Al-Mawasit.

The Director General of Wadi Al-Ain and Hawra District, Salem bin Abadin, praised the generous support provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief, stressing that these projects will contribute to alleviating the suffering of the needy and displaced in various Yemeni governorates.

This aid comes within the framework of a series of relief and humanitarian projects provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people as a result of the humanitarian crisis it is going through, and to achieve food security.
