The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) concluded a volunteer medical project for orthopedic surgery in the Seiyun district of Yemen’s Hadhramaut Governorate on Saturday. The project, carried out from July 13 to 20, 2024, involved seven volunteers from various medical specialties.

 During the project, the voluntary medical team from KSrelief examined 69 patients and performed 40 specialized surgeries, all of which were successfully completed. Additionally, they conducted a workshop on orthopedic surgery and knee injuries, benefiting 15 doctors.

This initiative is part of the voluntary medical projects provided by the Kingdom through KSrelief to support low-income patients in Yemen by offering top-quality medical services and to promote the culture of volunteerism among the people of the Kingdom.
