  • ADRA Continues to Provide Vital Health Interventions in Abyan

Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

ADRA Organization in Yemen has confirmed that it will continue its interventions in the health facilities located in the Khanfar district of Abyan. This was announced during a meeting between Dr. Saleh Al-Tharm, the Director General of the Public Health and Population Office, and a representative from ADRA.

ADRA has confirmed that its intervention in the health facilities targeted by the activities in their first project, Yamli (1), will be completed in June.

ADRA’s new project, Yamli (2), will involve Al-Koud Maternity Center, Al-Darjaj Health Unit, Al-Jol Popular Health Unit, Rumaila Health Unit, Khanfar Mobile Cart, and Al-Khamilah Health Unit, all of which were nominated by the Health Office. In addition, Arshan Health Unit will receive a three-month supply of medicines and hygiene supplies.

ADRA is a global humanitarian organization that partners with communities, organizations, and governments in over 118 countries to provide relief and development assistance to individuals in need.
