  • “Saudi Pulse” Voluntary Program for Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Launched in Mukalla

Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched the 21st Saudi Pulse Volunteer Program for pediatric cardiac surgery in Mukalla, Hadramout Governorate.

15 volunteers from various medical specialties will participate in the program, which is scheduled to run from May 5–12, 2024.

Since the start of the campaign, the KSrelief medical team has successfully performed 8 open-heart surgeries, 9 therapeutic catheterizations, and 5 diagnostic catheterizations.

KSrelief’s Saudi Pulse Volunteer Program is part of Saudi Arabia’s humanitarian support to bolster the medical sector and aid individuals affected by heart diseases in Yemen.
