  • 186 Fishermen Trained in Aden to Achieve Sustainable Livelihoods in the Fishery Sector

Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

UNDP and local partner SMEPS Yemen trained 186 fishermen in Aden on entrepreneurship, marine engine maintenance, fishing methods and preservation of fish products, and sustainable fishing practices.

This training is part of the SFISH project implemented by SMEPS Yemen in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Yemen and funded by the World Bank MENA, which aims to achieve sustainable livelihoods in the fishery sector.
