The Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Taiz, Yemen, supported by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), provided various medical services in February this year to 391 Yemeni beneficiaries who had lost their limbs.
A total of 1,576 services were delivered to the beneficiaries, of whom 65% were males and 35% were females. Additionally, displaced individuals comprised 12% of the total beneficiaries, while residents accounted for 88%. The services offered included delivering, measuring, and rehabilitating prosthetic limbs, physical therapy, and specialized consultations.
