  • 30 Participants Trained on the Use of Digital Platforms in Peacebuilding in Marib

Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

With funding from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), “Marib Girls Foundation” conducted a special training course on the use of digital platforms in peacebuilding and managing the risks of fake news on digital platforms as part of the “Influential Women for Peace” project.
The course targeted 30 active women and girls over 4 days, and they were trained simultaneously in two separate halls to ensure the quality of the training and its outputs.
After the training, the participants will contribute to preparing awareness content and focused messages on peacebuilding, conflict reduction, and violence reduction, which will be published on digital platforms and websites.
The training aimed to raise their knowledge level and enhance their skills in dealing with the risks of fake news on digital platforms and social media.
