Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

Under the auspices of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief), in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), a gypsum manufacturing training course has been launched in Aden Governorate as part of a project to provide decent livelihoods for the most vulnerable women and girls in Yemen.
The course will last for ten days and will introduce participants to the art of gypsum craftsmanship, the most important tools used, the practical steps in producing artifacts and decorative tools, as well as the creation of creative artistic panels.
The project aims to empower women and girls at risk to enhance the capabilities of those affected by gender-based violence by providing vocational and professional training programs, as well as psychological, social, and protection services for women and girls. The project benefits 42,960 women in the governorates of Shabwah, Lahj, Al-Mahra, Marib, and Hadhramout.”
