Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

Mr. Ahmed Salem Badhros, the Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Hadhramout Coast, recently conducted a comprehensive review of the ongoing emergency response project in the protection sector. The project is being executed by the “Benevolence Coalition for Humanitarian Relief (BCHR)” and is funded by UNICEF.

During his meeting with BCHR’s Executive Director, Engineer Fahmi bin Mansour, Badhros acquainted himself with the project’s goals. The initiative primarily aims to assist the governorates of Hadhramout and Ma’rib, spanning a duration of eight months. Key aspects of the project include establishing community centers to provide protection and socio-economic support to conflict-affected children, as well as implementing friendly spaces and a case management system.
