Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

The field teams of Khalifa Bin Zayed Foundation for Humanitarian Action opened a number of the main roads damaged by the trough in Socotra Island. It has deployed equipment and machinery to reopen Salaba-Hadibu, Haibaq and Ma’abed roads in the eastern region, in order to ensure easy vehicles passing.

The field teams also opened passages for water in bad weather. The last one was in Sarhin. They also participated in rescuing young people from drowning in Wadi Harsha and Hadibu.

The local authority in Socotra Archipelago praised the efforts of the foundation towards the people of Socotra Island in addition to its interest in normalizing life in the archipelago.
