Dhamar/Al Bayda, Yemen – Thirty housewives in Dhamar and Al Bayda governorates recently participated in training workshops focused on income-generating skills, thanks to a project implemented by the Sustainable Development Foundation (SDF) and funded by the UNHCR.
The workshops, part of the broader “Protection and Assistance to IDPs and Hosting Communities in Yemen” project, equipped participants with skills in concrete art, embroidery, and traditional Yemeni sweet-making. The initiative aims to empower displaced and vulnerable families by diversifying their income sources.
