Taiz, Yemen – As part of its ongoing efforts to support local communities in Yemen, HUMAN ACCESS continues to distribute food assistance within the third cycle of its project funded by the World Food Programme. This initiative comes at a time when many Yemenis are suffering from food insecurity, with the organization targeting the Salah District in Taiz Governorate during October 2024.
The food basket, distributed to beneficiaries, included essential food items aimed at meeting the necessary needs of families, consisting of 25 kilograms of wheat flour, 20 kilograms of rice, 4 liters of cooking oil, and 3 kilograms of legumes.
