The International Committee of the Red Cross announced yesterday, Wednesday, that it has provided aid to hundreds of families affected by floods in Marib Governorate.

The ICRC said on its X account, “To help those affected by the recent thunderstorms and heavy rains that hit Marib, the Yemen Red Crescent, with support from the International Committee of the Red Cross, distributed food and shelter baskets to 300 families.”

It is noteworthy that thousands of displaced families were recently affected by floods in several camps in Marib Governorate.
