In a significant step towards alleviating the plight of those affected by recent floods, the Yemen Joint Response 2024-2026 project, supported by ZOA Netherlands and implemented by the Sustainable Development Foundation, has completed the second phase of cash assistance distribution in Abs District, Hajjah Governorate. This initiative, part of the broader emergency response framework, successfully provided aid to 1,221 beneficiaries.
The cash distributions aim to help flood victims recover and meet their immediate needs, enhancing their resilience against future crises. This phase of the project underscores the ongoing commitment to support Yemen’s most vulnerable populations in their time of need.
