The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed a total of 10,000 cartons of dates in various areas of Yemen, with 6,000 cartons distributed in the Ataq district of Shabwa Governorate, benefiting 36,000 individuals from the most needy families, displaced persons, and those affected by floods and rains. Additionally, the Center distributed 4,000 cartons of dates in the Marib district of Marib Governorate, benefiting 24,000 individuals.

These initiatives are part of the annual project to distribute date assistance in the Republic of Yemen for the year 2024, aimed at alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people and achieving food security. These efforts reflect the commitment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through its humanitarian arm, KSrelief, to provide support and assistance to the Yemeni people amidst the current humanitarian crisis.
