The King Salman Relief and Humanitarian Aid Center (KSrelief), through its implementing partner Yamany Development Foundation (YDH), today, Sunday, in the temporary capital Aden, launched the Eid Al-Adha sacrifice project in Yemen for the year 1445 AH.

The General Coordinator of the Supreme Relief Committee, Jamal Balfaqih, explained that the project targets needy, impoverished families and people with disabilities. He thanked the King Salman Relief and Humanitarian Aid Center for this project.

For his part, Dr. Anas Saif, Director of Programs at the Yamany Development and Humanitarian Foundation, indicated that the project aims to distribute 2,333 sacrifices to benefit 32,620 displaced people, people with disabilities, chronic diseases, and needy families from the host community in the governorates of Aden, Marib, Hadramout, al-Mahrah, and Lahj.

He pointed out that the sacrifices were allocated to vulnerable, poor, and groups unable to provide the cost of the sacrifice to contribute to bringing joy and smiles to these families and sharing the joy of the Eid with them.
