Funded by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the Social Center for IDPs affiliated with Human Access in Ma’rib governorate, delivered eight entrepreneurship projects.

These initiatives are part of an advanced entrepreneurship program designed to offer sustainable solutions for reducing poverty and high unemployment rates in Yemen. The projects encompass a range of ventures such as a bus, medical supplies, women’s sewing and photography workshops, a thermal printing advertising center, a soap manufacturing workshop, a specialized media and electronic marketing center, livestock breeding and fodder production, a library, and stationery.

Notably, the advanced entrepreneurship program, the first of its kind in Ma’rib, will continue to provide ongoing consultations to the beneficiaries and assess the progress of the projects over a six-month period, with the aim of driving them forward and creating a positive and lasting impact in the community, while also stimulating economic recovery.
