Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

Deputy Governor of Aden Governorate and Secretary-General of the Local Council, Badr Mawen Saeed, laid the project foundation stone to rehabilitate and develop the sewage pumping station for Al-Jumhuriya Hospital and its surrounding neighborhoods.

The project has a cost of $380,000 and is funded by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and implemented by Triangle Génération Humanitaire.

The Deputy Governor and Secretary-General of the Local Council, Badr Mawen Saeed, stressed the importance of the project to rehabilitate and develop the sewage station for the most prominent hospital in the interim capital, Aden, and its surrounding neighborhoods. He further urged to speed up rehabilitation works on time and in accordance with the terms of the technical and engineering specifications concluded between the two parties.

The foundation stone-laying event was attended by Engineer Zaki Haddad, Deputy Director of the Water Corporation for Sanitation Affairs, Chairman of the Services Committee in Khor Maksar, Abu Bakr Baash, Director of the Works Office, Engineer Fahmi Al-Khayli, representatives of the Triangle Organization, and others.
