WHO-supported Workshop Trains Data Entry Personnel for Vaccinated Children in Aden Healthcare Facilities

With the support of the World Health Organization (WHO) and under the patronage of the Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qasem Mohammad Buhaibeh, and the Governor of Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, a specialized training workshop was held for individual data entry personnel of routine immunization for children in targeted healthcare facilities across the districts of Aden Governorate.
The workshop aimed to provide participants with information and knowledge about routine immunization for children in healthcare facilities, how to follow up with those who have missed their immunization doses to ensure completion, how to send reminder messages to parents about their children’s vaccination schedules, and the mechanism for recording individual data.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Bishi, the Director-General of Health in Aden, emphasized the importance of this training workshop as a fundamental factor in immunization, as it will contribute to improving immunization rates by ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
Faisal Al-Saadi, the Immunization Director in Aden, highlighted the significance of the training workshop for immunization teams in the districts, in enhancing the pace of routine immunization work and ensuring the correct and accurate entry of required data.
