Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

The Director General of Radhum District, Mr. Hadi Saeed Al-Kharma, discussed with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) team, led by Dr. Angela Al-Waili, a range of issues related to various service sectors such as health, water, environment, and other projects in Radhum District in Shabwa Governorate.

The IOM team and attendees listened to the essential needs required by most areas of Radhum District, which receive waves of African refugees throughout the year, emphasizing the intensification of efforts to implement various programs and activities in most areas of the district to alleviate the suffering of refugees and displaced people.

In the discussion, the Director of Health in the District, Dr. Yasir Al-Miqaz, provided a detailed explanation of the most essential needs in the health sector, appreciating the organization’s support for the remaining health facilities, such as Radhum Hospital. He also called for the completion of Ali Al-Khabia well water project, Haibala network, Jala’a network, and others.

On the other hand, Hadi Saeed Al-Kharma highlighted the role of the organization and its previous interventions, currently at Bir Ali Health Center and the health unit in Hoora Al-Sahil.
