Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has recently joined hands with the Yemeni Development Network for NGOs (YDN) to combat hunger and support vulnerable communities in Wadi Hadhramout. The latest initiative comes in the form of a dates aid project, which was launched last week.

At the inauguration, Ahmed Bahashwan, the Director General of Social Affairs and Labor in Wadi Hadhramout, expressed his gratitude for the support provided by KSrelief in alleviating the suffering of citizens due to the harsh living conditions. Bahashwan also commended YDN for their leading role in humanitarian work in the region.

According to Bahashwan, the project is an annual initiative and has continued without interruption since the start of the conflict. Ali Bamabad, the Director of the Public Relations Department at YDN’s Wadi Hadhramout office, emphasized the crucial role played by KSrelief in providing humanitarian aid and relief, highlighting the significance of their support.
