Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

On Wednesday, November 16, 2022, the UAE and through the World Health Organization, provided a shipment of medicines and medical supplies to Mukalla Maternity and Child Hospital in Hadhramout Governorate. The shipment includes medical supplies, tools and oxygen cylinders, at a cost of $40,000.

The Director of the World Health Organization in Hadhramout, Dr. Ali Jawal, confirmed that this support helps to enhance maternal and child services in Mukalla Hospital in order to alleviate the suffering of patients, and to contribute to providing quality medical services in the field of motherhood and childhood. It is worth noting that Mukalla Hospital serves patients from four governorates: Hadhramout, Shabwa, Al-Mahra, and Socotra. Jaoul indicated that there is a new batch coming in the coming days with the support of the UAE.
