Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) initiated the implementation of a project to renovate 50 damaged houses in Al-Masila District of Al-Mahra Governorate, Yemen.

The project aims to end the continuous or temporary displacement of families affected by hurricanes and floods in Al-Masila District, and to provide adequate housing that as to guarantee them a decent life.

This project will greatly alleviate the suffering of families affected by Cyclone Luban and the hurricanes that have struck the governorate in recent years.

For his part, Director of KSrelief’s office in the governorate Abdullah Al-Anqari stated that the designs of the houses took into account the needs of the beneficiary families, pointing out that the first phase of the project will end within eight months and will be followed by implementing the remaining stages.

This comes as a part of the humanitarian and relief efforts being exerted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through KSrelief, to help the Yemeni people.
