Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

A total of 1,245 Health Facilities (16 Governorate Hospitals, 136 District Hospitals, 62 General Hospitals, 20 Specialized Hospitals, 384 Health Centers and 627 Health Units) are being supported by Health Cluster Partners.

7873 positive COVID19 cases and 1473 deaths have been confirmed by The Ministry of Health and Population in Aden by the end of last August.

As of the 31st of August 2021, Health Cluster Partners supported a total number of more than 258 physiotherapy centers in urban governorates and 503 physiotherapy centers in 169 priority districts.

Health Cluster partners in Yemen include 6 UN agencies, 29 international non-governmental organization (INGO), and 36 national non-governmental organization. (NNGOs) in 22 Yemeni governorates.

Health Cluster partners support primary and secondary health-care service across the country.

These services are provided free of charge in all health centers and health units with secondary health care in the governorate and district hospitals, through the support of incentives and operational costs by partners.
